my room was modern thanks to the exceptional staff. the food was outstanding and the location was unbeatable. a fabulous attached restaurant was open on site. i came here for 1 night and had a really really nice stay....

Personnel was lovely and great!
The location on the way to the beach was brilliant. Plus the hotel was next to pubs and cafes. The queen room was immaculate, perfect, with a clean bathroom.

Unfortunately, I struggled with the lack of a shower in our room, made our post-activity cleanup difficult. The mattress was not comfortable, impacting my sleep quality significantly. Despite bringing this up to the staff, they seemed dismissive and offered no solutions, disappointing.

The entrance woudl ve been more excellent with a proper door, not a fire escape. The floors creaked so badly that i thought i was staying in a haunted house. I could have used a complimentary bottle of water, given the bone-dry air and my long journey. Absoluteley disappointed, but i almost thought about writing a better review.

The double room was clean and modern. Everything was super comfy. Had an electric kettle and tea/coffee maker. The private bathroom had free toiletries and a shower. I loved the tv and the wardrobe for my stuff. The staff were great, showing us to our room.

It was just a reliable pick for a couple of nights in Felpham with good value for money. The staff were friendly and quick to help when we needed extra pillows for comfort . Be ready for some noise from the street at night.
